Roamora operates a managed marketplace platform connecting travelers with work-ready campervan accommodations. We facilitate bookings between travelers and vehicle owners through our managed host model, where Roamora oversees the quality, maintenance, and guest experience for all listed vehicles.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in US Dollars and may be subject to taxes and service fees. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Cancellation policies vary by listing and will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
Vehicle owners who list on the Roamora platform agree to maintain their vehicles in safe, clean, and roadworthy condition. Owners must ensure all listed amenities (Starlink, solar, workspace equipment) are functional. Roamora reserves the right to remove any listing that does not meet our quality standards.
Travelers agree to treat all vehicles with care and respect, return vehicles in the condition they were received, follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations, and report any damage or issues promptly. Travelers are responsible for any damage caused during their rental period.
Roamora acts as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for the condition of vehicles, the actions of travelers or owners, or any incidents that occur during a rental period. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Roamora or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written consent.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
